Cancellation Policy:
Within 30 days of reservation date incurs loss of 25%,
Within 7 days of reservation date incurs full tariff payment.

Non Smoking Policy:
We have a non smoking policy within the Homestead and Cottage for the comfort of our guests.
An outside area is available should you wish to smoke.
Pets: 2 collie dogs on site (pets are not in guest areas)
